What we collect and why

When you use the quote form we collect what you type into it: what you need covered, where you are, how many people use a computer, what you run now, and how to reach you.

Legal basis and sharing

We pass those details to IT support providers so they can price the work. That is the introduction service this site provides, and it is the only reason we hold what you wrote.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@outsourceditsupportquotes.com. We respond within one month.
